Albert Anastasia (1902-1957), was boss of Murder Inc. with Louis 'Lepke' Buchalter, which executed over 400 on orders from the National Crime Syndicate of the Five Families of the New York Mafia in the 1930-40s. Later he was boss of the Gambino Crime Family, from 1951 until his murder in 1975.
