i have obtained an artifact that was gifted to jack brooks, governor of texas, from : forwarded by direction of your highness, warmest regards, talat al-ghoussein, Ambassodor of the state of kuwait. it is a very interesting piece. i would like to have it appraised if possible. It is in a royal blue box with a hand written note from i am assuming talat al-ghoussein to jack brooks. if there is anyone out there that may have the cridentials needed to appraise this for me, i would greatly appreciate it.
