Thurgood Marshall, then Chief Counsel for the NAACP, speaking at the reunion of the 369th Veterans' Association. US Army's 369th Infantry Regiment, popularly known as the ``Harlem Hellfighters, served as a segregated unit in both World Wars. New York City, 1956.
