Very nice photograph of President Jimmy Carter with his National Security Adviser Brzezinski. I had served in a military alliance/pact between the United States, India, and Tibet. This military alliance had established a military organization called Establishment Number. 22 and it was later renamed as Special Frontier Force. This US-India-Tibet military establishment was formulated by the President Kennedy administration during November 1962, and it received the support of all other US presidents to counter the military power of People's Republic of China. The US to maintain its status as world's only superpower needs the support of its allies in Asia to resist the expansion of China's role as a global military power.
